Hibs were out-fought by Hutchie Vale on this occasion and although they made more chances they were unable to convert them into goals. Hutchison Vale scored the opener when Hibs failed to defend a corner allowing Rosie Welch to finish unchallenged. Hibs then pulled themselves level when Kayley Ralton played a through ball to Clair Weir who finished well. Just before half time Some indecision in the Hibs defence allowed Rosie Welch to strike what proved to be the winner. Hibs created a number of chances in the second half but all to no avail. Hibs did have the ball in the net but Tricia McLaughlin's strike was correctly disallowed for offside. Good luck to Hutchison Vale in the semi-final.
